Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days, except where required by law.

Top-up credits

Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not consumed any of them.

Deep Dive readings

Once a Deep Dive reading has been generated, it is non-refundable. If generation fails on our side, we will retry or fully refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@example.com with your account email and order details. We typically respond within 3 business days.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies).
